Actually, mainly for the benefit of others that may think that means they are about to dump 1.3 billion shares...They don't own any shares at the moment(based on current A/S,as new A/S hasnt taken effect yet). They do however, have medium/long term access to to 1.2+ bllion shares at a set PPS in these levels, so yes they have a vested interest in wanting this to go up, but more importantly to stay up. Because they can only own 5% of the O/S volume at any given time. So they can't just "dump" a billion shares into the market next week and move on; and since they have agreed to finance several movie projects per year it is not in their best interest to dump shares in that fashion. They're likely going to sell shares into heavy volume periods and price movements and probably make a good share of money doing it. But if revenues start to flow from several movies a year over the next few years that they agreed to finance, the share structure can probably comfortably sustain it and they rightfully deserve a good return on investment no differently than everyone that is speculatively buying up shares at these levels, IMO.
