Oh yeah like he has no intention of using thos BILLION SHARES. Just like he was going to work on the toxic financing. We assumed he meant cut back didn't know he meant add another million. Look at the millions and milions of debt he has obtained in such a short time. Yup that's the reason for the billion shares.lol
