Hill issues these 8k's with the O/S increases- with no other info. He issues news about adding radio stations in a non PR format and not associating the news to the STTK ticker- what is going on here? things are not adding up - seems like Hill operates in an alternate universe- unrelated to the OTC and the present situation here with STTK.
No STTK PR's in months- there has to be business news to disseminate. if debt needs to be converted - get some market interest so less shares are sold for more money, seems like that would be the common sense way to approach it.
on the other hand, the lame way to approach it would be to do what Hill is doing; stay silent as millions upon millions of share are dumped at lower and lower prices.
