It's possible to run to that on the right news..Don't get me wrong it would be a stretch. If they do sign up a few big box retailers.. Lock in DRDO 14 million license agreement.. it could go.
Still think there is something coming in Dec before the year is out.
In regards to the recent interview with D'Couto. My two cents is that John De Neufville is meeting in Japan with either Honda or Toyota.. Korea .. KIA Motors.. Just a thought.
