Well...Tony said he was handing out a 20% STOCK DIVI LAST YEAR before I got into this apparent SCAM. Did you or anyone else GET THAT DIVI LAST YEAR added to their portfolio??? Doesn't sound like it to me.

I still see NO 20% STOCK DIVI ( as promised ) as having been distributed this year and to be truthful, I don't expect to see it either. Just more fuel for the WHISTLEBLOWERS site......pump it then dump it on the unsuspecting shareholders.
Each and every time Tony pulls one of these manipulative, share selling stunts, I for one AM making sure the WHISTLEBLOWERS SITE has ALL of it in writing and fully documented.
Not too hard to see the little BUMP in share sales along with the PPS inching up and then tanking below where it started. I am positive the AG's office in conjunction with FINRA & the SEC can find out just WHO is profiting from that little BUMP in the PPS with each one Tony tosses out!
Obviously Tony has ZERO in the CREDIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY departments here. Possibly he should take a look at LYJN, who's CEO will be in court next Tuesday 11/25 to answer to her numerous FELONY CHARGES that the NYC AG's office has and she will be answering to. Manipulating the share price, SCAMMING shareholders with false and manipulative P&D's......yep, it sure sounds a lot like what has been going on here. The business was just " sold off " for pennies on the dollar and guess what....the shareholders were left holding the bag AS USUAL.
Does that ring any bells here? How many companies has Tony had his fingers in and how many are still in business OR have made one dime of PROFITS?? How many DIVIDENDS has Tony promised and NOT followed through on? How many PR's has he had about next years outlook and then did an about face with NO warnings and no explanations about it and changed the business plan to yet another SCAM??
I am now waiting for the EOY P&D PR that he will be putting out and then about mid Jan. 2015 we should be getting the next P&D PR about his " new " business endeavors of selling ELECTRIC TOOTH BRUSHES............ GET THE PICTURE???
Lots of inconsistencies here and IMHO someone IS looking at them........follow the MONEY!
