Again, manipulating grey market stocks is quite prevalent. Just because MIKP is currently trading flat and close to (now at)bottom doesn't negate that fact it could be easily manipulated like all the other grey tickers.

Why would someone elect to sell at .0001 other than to attempt to manipulate a technically unmanipulatable stock.
