That was a good thing you pointed out to me TenKay, which is why I sent them another email with this as a response:

Sir,

Today’s Press Release CLEARLY STATED that we absolutely were proceeding with the stock repurchase and because of that:-

We were cancelling shares of Common Stock; and

Revising agreements to prevent additional shares of Common Stock from entering the “Free Float”.

It appears that confusion seems to arise from our stating “that we would not purchase stock from Convertible Loan Note Holders or other parties”.

It seems that the buyback is still in full effect.
