Ask them a very simple question. Will the company be buying free trading stock through open market transactions as part of the buyback?

They can't do that with convertible preferred.

Yet they say they are not using cash to do so.

All they are saying is that the stock will not come from convertible note holders....that leaves a lot of other potential other parties and nominees.

At the very least they need to clarify if they will be buying stock from the open market.

They are dancing around that issue.

They're saying the same thing but hope you read it differently. They cancelled the open market buyback. Lumb does this with all of his scams.
