AEGY scamming of investors

They've been doing it for years, but now that the SEC stopped them to protect investors, it looks like they are basically close to going belly-up.

They have absolutely nop sales or revenue.

Plus, they apparently lied to the SEC when they stated they would file the 10K on or before Nov 13th.Even if they file for termination of registration, they still are required to file what they promised to the SEC.

PART III -- NARRATIVE
State below in reasonable detail why Form 10-K could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
Registrant has been unable to complete its financial reports for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2014 and was unable
to complete the annual report in order to file on the due date. The Report will be filed on or before the 15 th day after
the original due date, or on or before November 13, 2014.
