He got 3 million shares of restricted stock from Urbie at one point in the summer of 2004, but that wasn't a payment. If you remember, once at the races Urbie decided just to hand out stock to anyone who happened to be there and signed up for it.
As to how much he was paid to promote CMKX, you'd have to ask him.
