Define "shareholders?" When did they vote? When was notice that a vote was to be taken given? Got a copy of said notice? Where is the 8K notifying all share holders of the results of such a vote? Where is any other official statement of the results of such a vote?

BTW, where is the 8K, or any other official statement, that R G Windsor is no longer on the board. Being a non-reporting company does not relieve IFUS of the duty to file 8Ks. Did R G Windsor leave voluntarily, or was he removed for cause?
