In all seriousness though, it seems like the selling has stopped.

Between that 21 million buy at 25 and what seems to be accumulation at 20, my guess is that the flippers have loaded in anticipation for the next PR.

I wouldn't be surprised if the next PR came out on Monday, and said that they've officially started tooling and manufacturing.
