oh, i see. you are saying that idcc (and managment) has lied to the market, the sec (they did file an 8K) , stockholders and every one else that they signed a 3g license with LG and gave them the rights to use IDCC's 3G patent portfolio...and LG just had ~300M laying around to throw idcc's way for nothing....a "no charge" throw-in? so what did LG pay for then? air?
