bingo...

It's if you dissent to the merger agreement and want payment in cash for your old stock. It has nothing to do with those that own shares of the old stock FTER (no matter when they bought them...). If you hold your shares through the conversion, you will get the conversion rate 1.571:1 of the new AAC Holdings company. It's a slam dunk.
