Thanks once again Bruce. It took me a bit to remember how to run it as an administrator, but I got it done and it succesfully flushed. Yet still, I can't reach the website (In either http or https form).
Well, the reboot didn't work either. I've put in a support request to my antivirus folks (Eset) because somewhere along this journey one of the Microsoft user forums suggested disabling antivirus (except for windows defender, of course).
I was hoping the latest batch of windows updates would correct the issue, but they all ran yesterday and my problem persists.
