Hard to see how earnings could be bad.

Last two quarters they reported ~$2 million in sales.

Setting aside the $5.96 millioin Homeland Security contract in mid-September they reported $4.7 million of orders for the 3rd quarter, with $2.2 million of that in August. Its hard to see how they cannot easily beat the $2 million per quarter they've been doing this year.

But.

We've been burned before, so I'm guessing the market is hesitant about pushing the price up before the report, hence the flatlined chart.
