Yes I'm sure MasterCard, Visa, (EMV) types would love to see those hundreds of millions of TPM's in the wild in PC's be used to help secure on line transactions when the card is not present.

Solm's said the credential on the PC in the TPM will be similar to the one stored on the phone. The phones of course have more and more the secure Elements to hold the credential and the TEE can also be used.

And with the TPM the relying party that has to allow say high value transactions to take place also gets the benefit with the TPM of checking out the Devices health claim.

Has the device been rooted or is the appropriate software on the device been hacked that kind of stuff:)
