Hughes was very definitely not framed. You must be the only person apart from SBG who believes that.

Hughes was indicted for putting out false information about ECNC. And, the indictment came 1 1/2 years after the stock had already been halted for earlier misinformation.

Hughes pleaded guilty. He was not framed.

If you continue to think Hughes was framed, please defend the information Hughes released that the SEC found to be fraudulent. Just what misinformation was Hughes accused of that was actually true? ... eom
