Beardeus, just because an IDWD press release states a record date doesn't make it valid. The record date is based on approval after filing with the OTCBB...which so far has not occurred. There is supposed to be a 10 day waiting period AFAIK, so the April 28 date is pretty much junk, IMO.

There are also stipulations about different ex-dividend dates for circumstances like this where the value is more than 25% of the share price. I do not know if this pertains to stock dividends as well, but in a cash scenario, the ex-div would be the day after the payment date.

Assuming the dividend ever shows up, that is.

There is a regular daily list for filing companies, in the menu on the left. You can also search for filed dividends by record date, ex-dividend date, payment date, and declaration date.

As you can see, there is nothing filed for the 28th under record date that remotely resembles IDWD.

Good luck to you; this is one of the craziest pump and dumps I have ever seen.
