5 BILLION A/S...dropped to 10 MILLION on 11/4/14... now suddenly back up to 5,050,000,000

Oh yeah! finally proven wrong that no Reverse split is happening but try to back peddle and spin any way imaginable to make it seem that it is still happening.

The A/S is 5B as stated in the link provided. Also the action per the SoS filed on 11/4 was:

11/4/2014 Amendment - Business Corporation (Domestic)

Not a share change which would show up as follows

06/06/2011 Business Corporation (Domestic) Change of Shares

That amendment most most likely a change in officers/directors and any other number of business items associated with the merger.

1. Merger wasn't happening - Check, it obviously is
2. Reverse split - Check, it obviously isn't
3. Ortiz!!!! Scam!!! Scam!!! Scam!!! - That will be the next item that you will be wrong about.
