$3.44 only happens when reverse/split confirmed--BUT WAIT-->

On Nov 4, 2014 SWRF filed an amendment with the Minnesota Secretary of State reducing the number of authorized shares down from 5 billion to 10 million. Multiple people commented on that last week and someone even posted a screenshot of the official document.

NOW suddenly, it's been switched again... this time back UP to >>>5,050,000,000<<< Oh, and Clark Ortiz remains identified as "CEO."

More incompetence or has the merger fallen through?
