Yes, doubled the share authorization. Not good.

from 5 billion shares to 10 billion shares. They did this prior to terminating SEC registration.

The dilution nightmare continues. They also decided to raise the authorization without issuing a press release to notify their shareholders.

Still no business license in California. so it appears that they are not authorized to do any buasiness in the state.

There will also likely be manipulation and rumors and reported emails from AEGY/SKTO management to help the dumping, IMO.

The SEC suspended and now is investigating formally for a reason. Unfortunately for shareholders, it appears that they may be trying to dump the remaining so-called assets before the regulator hammer strikes again.

The strong arm of the law may already be working with Canadian authorities.

They don't have the same whistleblower awards the SEC has been doling out lately.
