I got an opinion about DTCC CHILL effectiveness?

***** Did FOGC have a problem moving over 250M shares in one day at .oo15 before split regarding DTCC?
~~~~ Umm, did FOGC pre split have a problem selling hundreds of millions of shares daily back in June and July?

***** Ummm, WOW!!! FOGC must have had a problem with the DTCC than in AUG when it was pumping out a billion shares than right?????
******************* If over 200M shares of FOGC traded in just one day pre split at .oo15, than how much money traded hands that day?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ANybody here have a problem buying shares of FOGC back in JUNE JULY AUG AND SEPT? Any Market Makers have a problem trading over a half a billion shares a day or was it hard because of the DTCC? :) just my own opinions of speculations....
