We are at the mercy of the FDA's timely review of the Anchor sNDA.
As always, I urge you to contact your Congressional Rep & Senator...they decided to wait for SPA repeal decision after budget...I blame them for not properly supervising the FDA, when clearly they needed supervising.
Yes, they have 180 days to rectify the problem should the 30 consecutive day rule initiates NASDAQ action - I certainly hope management is contemplating the possibility NOW instead of waiting for it to happen - one of you folks who have talked to IR want to give them a jingle and ask about this?
Note: I strongly believe today's hit is due to DNDN going bankrupt - but AMRN's financial position is much, much better - DNDN had > $600M in debt and < $100M cash on hand.
