Finally, I see common ground with some of what oilspec and 236T are saying. I, too, think there was a nexus of criminal elements involved..."the gangs all here" kind of thing.

And, a lack of prosecution of the various characters involved should definitely preclude the confirmation of Loretta Lynch. Of course, we have seen some related prosecutions, but none of which have benefited SpongeTech shareholders. Any prosecutions of that type, if commenced, are hidden in the secret Litigation Releases noted by the SEC.

It is possible that there is more to the Moskowitz situation.

Based on the lack of prison sentence for the biggest fraud in the history of microcaps, it is possible that Moskowitz ratted out colleagues regarded as a much higher priority than to jail a fat dumb ass from Queens. Maybe mobsters, drug cartel or terrorist types.

We will find out if Moskowitz is sent to the witness protection program

Meanwhile every fraudster in the penny stock arena has been given a green light to defraud at will with no jail time. A beautiful day indeed for criminals to discover that even stealing $100 million from investors will no longer land one in jail.
