So are you saying that it is possible the way SEC and DOJ dismantle this company, taking away all it's assets, and forcing it in to chapter 7 instead of 11, was also a total disaster.

This fiasco happened on Loretta Lynch's watch. The hard drive mismanagement led to a $100 fine for Metter. Moscowitz wore a wire, but any agreement should have been contingent on this effort paying off - either with a conviction for Metter or at least some leads in locating the proceeds from the scam. Instead, he gets off with probation.

Failure to successfully prosecute either of these swindlers SHOULD result in Loretta Lynch NOT being confirmed to replace Eric Holder, but of course this "minor issue" will never even be raised in her confirmation hearings.
