"I'm just a bit curious as to why you think this company is a fraud. "

Drew, I'm glad you asked that, but you may be sorry.

1. In Nov 2012 MNVN reported that their Crewar #2 workover resulted in 1700 bbls of oil for the month of Sept 2012. The TRRC reported 1100 bbls for the same period. As I recall, 4 nobths later production was down to ~5o bbls.mo. MNVN has never issued an update on the well.

2. Dennis Alexander formed EFIR. Ran it up to 19 billion shares. Then transferred EFIR properties to his new scam, MNVN.

3. He ran MNVN up to so billions of shares and did a R/S. Now it's back to where it was before the split.

4, MNVN issued a PR about drilling a well in the Barnett Formation. People that know the oil patch spotted the PR as BS because the location of their lease was in the Western limits of the Barnett Formation, in what as known as a pinch out. The formation is vey thin where Alexander claimed a lease.

The date for the new well came and went. The deal was never mentioned again. But he did work in Barnett Shale. A buzz word for Texas O&G activity.

5. He claimed the Crewar Field was in the Top 50 producing Oil Fields in Texas. It's not in the Top 50 Permian Basin fields.

6. Many PRs about MNVN drilling plans in the Crewar Field. None came to pass.

7. Then came Boomerang. If you follow the Board you know how hat is working out.

* Now MNVN shareholders are in the cabbage and barley biz.

Is MNVN a fraud? You be the judge. It's your money.
