This is a response I got last week to the question of a potential buyout:

--It sounds like MSI is taking the path to manufacturing and selling the BCI device (and software) yourselves. Is there any efforts being put into selling the patent, etc, in an outright buyout?
Yes, we have had discussions and will sell to a larger company as long as it brings increased shareholder value.
