Yes, come year end, many will reevaluate their positions and invest in something that will earn them money. Sitting idle in VPLM is not accomplishing that anymore.

We have new management in place and it takes time for them to figure out what to do and how to do it. They need to culture new relationships as clearly the old ones produced NO results.
