The sale and licensing of IP is a very complicated business. There has to be a sense of need/urgency on the side of the buyer/licensee. Given the size of potential "players", it is highly unlikely that they will come to the table quickly. The incentive for some will be NOT wanting to see the portfolio end up in the hands of their rivals. For others, it will be how the IP teaches how to further their company's strategy.

This is "a process", and it will take time to play out. How much time? Anyone's guess is as good as another. The IP portfolio is just as important to the future of VOIP/messaging as ever. How long it takes for a deal(s)? No way to know....

Chang from Planet Antares, FTC fine of $1.5mm for running a scam,Kipping from earliest days, issues 100,000,000 shares to himself without documentation, Malek from the beginning,spends his time suing Hollywood and being sued by Vegas,, whose the new management?

Yeah, .04-.32 is a pretty good pump and dump but no one can characterize these guys as management
