Sparkie, Bernie-UK and other real GRAS shareholders,
If in fact that Henry Fong is orchestrating another dilution of shares for the benefit of select insiders then he will have ONE too many because lawsuits, SEC violations and just plain criminal activity will be probed. Time for Henry to do right in one of his companies and not just build his own Swiss Bank acct. and add another West Palm Beach Club membership. Starting to have my doubts about Ron getting involved with Henry and his baggage. With my GRAS investment $'s,I could be investing in real stocks. One year of manipulation and little to no news and a near worthless stock. Time for Henry to get out of the way and let real people run the company. I plan to call Ron next week. I have over 40 years in the hotel/restaurant business as an owner/operator so I talk the language. Time for real clear conversation. Either run the thing or get out of the way. Guys , your thoughts. I realize that we bought a sub-penny stock and not Chipotle but we deserve honesty at corp. level. My call to the SEC could be my net step depending on what happens in the next weeks ( by Dec 31 st. 2014 )
