The ignore button works as well. In my opinion these statements are just laughable and perhaps just ignorable at that. To say a RS is coming without any evidence perhaps is illegal (I think you would find the accused in this case possibly unstable or at least penniless judging from the content), I wouldn't take it seriously. I think, dont feed the animals may be a better strategy here. In any event I am hoping the mods redouble the efforts to enforce the TOS violations, perhaps that may fill your prescription.
