Obviously these orders are not for IDCC's repurchase. IDCC cannot buyback until 10am and must stop at 3:30pm. Looks like IDCC is not in the mkt so far today.

After being aggressively on the inside bid for almost two week, FACT stopped actively buying this stock as of 12:49pm EST Friday. What that means is anybody's guess. Either: 1) It has finished buying for its client (IDC) and is on the sidelines for now; or, 2) There is a major event regarding the stock and therefore it cannot buy the stock for the company.

Because it is a market maker on IDCC, FACT must still put out a bid and offer but, at prices well beyond the active market price(s), it does not matter. The lack of the bid support by FACT is causing a price slide; however, if the speculation is correct (i.e., that there is major news which prohibits it from buying), then there is will be a big rebound during the latter part of this week. IMO
