$MVTG, Reminds me that the commercially viable (related to my claims about MVTG here) FORD is also known as a Fix Or Repair Daily :-)

And JEEPs are known as Just Empty Every Pocket when it comes to maintenance. This years massive recalls by every auto company in the US is shocking.

MVTG has zero recalls this year :-)

AONE went to market too soon with their li-ion batteries and after a billion dollar IPO went belly up eating about $250 million dollars in bad batteries.

MVTG so far has zero defects and zero recalls :-)

And I can't even make this stuff up :-)

One important point is know how long it takes for a product to be non-functional. If it is years, then a client can decide it is not a problem but merely a periodic supply maintenance item. For instance, Preventive Maintenance on process flow equipment at the chemical plants I worked at were at least annually. The same for my car. The oil filter gets changed about ever six months, but the cost and effort to do so is nominal compared to the cost, durability and convenience of the overall car. In the future I look for this to be explain, especially as it may differ from product to product.

The only real costs and issues with commercial viability of the MVTG ERC (just one of three technologies MVTG has now), are the electrical consumption (which is crazy low for the MVTG ERC), the capital depreciation costs (not significant compared to the electric power consumption for Electrolytic reactors), and the maintenance costs (not even a blip on the radar for the MVTG ERC).
