This meeting on Monday will imo, be used to get third quarter info out of the way. Bigger yet, I believe will be a last minute push for YES votes. This could entail some great news or a hint of it. I for many would welcome a higher market cap heading into the ASM. Here's looking at us kids! Go ACTc and coppa OCATA ! Ah, the smell of deep fried shorts, one can dream.

Any major news that they would report has to be reported publicly and in a broad manner. The ASM is not the place to do that. My guess is that there will be a press release sometime during the day before the conference call and it will be like the last one where they put out the release with whatever news/progress/ issues/ etc., talk about it in the conference call, but do not take questions. Everyone will have time to digest it and the ASM will be an opportunity to ask questions, hopefully give them kudos for the great progress or, depending on the news, vent.
