If we get outstanding news of course everyone will change votes to yea. Then the company wont havve to pull the wool over their owners eyes. But even if we don't and they just beg for votes the stock will go up on lower dilution and proxy rejection. Next proxy is going to be delicious! And if the ceo and vp quit we hire less expensive options for sure.
