Both, and more. Grodnik has a 30 year film resume. There is also a reality show deal in the works somewhere. Grodnik is not very flashy on the PR front but is quite thorough in his filings and includes many details about company activities that a lot of other companies fail to include in filings. Currently they have something going on with Sony and Lionsgate as I recall.
