Panel Meeting"? When I looked at their site two weeks ago, it was showing "Final order".

Yet, in your post 43503, you stated this:
Why did they change the staus from "Pending approval" to "Proposed Order"? Could Please give more details on this?

So, was it changed from “Final Order” or “Pending Approval” to :Proposed Order” that you’re asking about?
And, it’s Final Rule, to be published in the Federal Register, not “Final Order”.
Would you please explain the confusion and which terms s are you asking about? Hmmmm.
