That is not accurate. Look at the news history....the fda announced the reclass on their own. When final it will allow biel submit a 510k to have their products approved with class II status. The FDA has not asked biel to do anything

Thanks nag1, I believe there will be a reward down the road, just my opinion nothing more. The FDA started the reclassification, not Biel.....
