I beg to differ with you on that. Talented, hardworking and ethical people would be able to make this a success. GTC revenues can be grown much faster if there had been any attempt to do something to grow it in NA... and I still believe the Argus concept has great potential.
As to how to compensate new management, that is a great question. It would have to be a formula based on any new differential revenues generated from GTC and any future increases in SP imo.
