But since now the patent game has no advantage of whether a company is a none NPE or not, spin off DSSTM or DSS, depending on who is the real parent company, although on paper it would seem ownership is 50/50, however DSSTM is a subsidiary and DSS is the parent, but the company is running as DSSTM is in charge and the parent. You see how screwed up this all is? Anyway, split the company, there is no advantage being together anymore. The patents they are acquiring are loosely tied to the legacy, and the market and judges see right through this. Spin-off 1 for 1 and the legacy will gain its value back, DSSTM can still do what it's doing, but through it's own symbol and stock.
