SSP, Lexington brought the people who know what patents are the ones to buy and how to utilize them to extract profits(whether they are good or not time will tell). The only problem is the American justice system(owned by big business(Google and Apple)) aren't going to allow businesses without operations to make money just because they own a patent that they purchased with intent to sue. Patent trolls are finished and DSS is being lumped in with the group. DSS's original management bought into the patent troll game like everyone else. Don't forget VRNG and PRKR did win jury trials! But big business has friends in higher places where they write their own laws! DSS has more potential than the others just because they actually have operations. Funny thing is the stock will probably get cheaper as they lose more. Odds are they lose against facebook Nov 21st. Sure they might get a markman hearing against Apple, but in the end everyone knows they will ultimately lose like the others. What everyone is NOT focused on are the cases DSS can potentially win. I'm not going to pump which one because its just my opinion. Good luck
