Eli, Keep in mind that BM alluded to potential new license agreements after the Samsung deal. Nothing has shown up so far. The ZTE trial victory also has given hope that some new $'s show up and none so far. Of course, that just happened. Give it some time and maybe we see a new deal come through. If we go another month and now new deals, I think the stock drifts lower but the Samsung deal does provide a base, so unless the overall market tanks it seems we should stay in the 40's until further news. IMO
