I poured over filings and read between the lines. This is very typical for pink sheet companies trying to get their legs under them. Can not use the same ruler on these as the big market stocks. IMO I totally understand any negative feelings about this but you have not lost anything until you sell. You know these toxic debt funders are not playing the value of the company. They just want their money that is on the table. That is how us little people get a shot at buying large amounts of shares so ridiculously cheap. IMO
