We cannot rely only on law and SEC. If both long and short are big blocker , they play each other no one can MM market. But it is bad for small longs ( retailer invest), we have no information and skill to play with MM, they can hide huge on Ask/bid, they always let you scare, so you dump your shares low to them, let you greedy , so you buy high from them. They use toxic debt , naked shorts to destroy small longs. Small long do need play smart, define your own rule, just do your part, if every small longs do the same, you can base on your trade to figure your opponent, and you also can easy figure out the real market and information , if MM cannot make profit from BIGG, why do they break the law?
