GTATQ $$$$ This is the "Proposed Final Order" that GTAT was directed to submit during the hearing on Oct. 21....proposed,...not final.

The court has has simply granted GTAT(Q) the right to pay vendors and continue to operate it's business during the BK proceedings.Without this ruling,all assets would effectively be frozen bringing the business to a halt and jeopardizing current and future relationships with vendors necessary to the ongoing business of the company.This is good news,folks.
