Looks like all is not well, or as reported in ecdc land.

Stay away from this company. Do not invest any money in them. The CEO Kay is a liar and a thief. He does not even pay his employees on time. Sometimes when we are paid the checks bounce. Then he gives us attitude or the run around when we ask about our pay. His wife is the controller who acts like she knows nothing once your check bounce or you don't get paid. They cant even get a small school district up using this program. It's a good idea just in the hands of the wrong person
