In the "dry well" scam, shady groups lure investors with promises of big rewards on land - they say - has amazing potential. The shady group hires a legitimate drilling company to drill. The well of course is dry. The investors lose all and the shady investors move on.
Mantra needs a corporation to license their product and guarantee revenue to Mantra before it leaves the "dry well" scam region. No real commitment by any company so far.
Not saying it is, but the stock is trading like it is. Marketing (Green Barron) that makes no sense so far. Corporations are not jumping all over it. What has gone on so far is just gilding the lily.
