400 million is equivalent to common stock sold at $100 thousand plus, this is on q3 located at financing activities, below longterm payable debts


Q2 LTD is $300 thou plus minus the sold common stock on Q3.
Q3 LTD is $216 thous plus minus the sold common stock on Q4 (My theory, opinion only)

so End of year financials we may see no LTD, and if my theory is utilized by the company we see a retired purchased stocks that lowers the SS, no RS. but I must state that this is just my opinion.
