I respect your opinion. Just consider this one HUGE flaw in your theory.

Why on green Earth would a company increase the A/S from 3 billion to 10 billion, only to buy some of them back? If you really think that is a possibility, well, then I can't help you understand.

If it was for acquisitions they should come out and say it. Even if they did use it for that, I've never seen acquisitions that involve BILLIONS of shares. They usually involve cash up front, large chunks of stock (talking millions, not billions here), and future cash payments.

So clearly they added 7 billion for something.... hmmmmm....

My "theory": So they can dilute, raise extra cash at no cost to the company, then R/S from .0001 x .0002, allowing them to qualify for an uplisting to the higher OTC tier, as well as the $5 million equity line.

This company will be huge in 2015. Last 6 months of 2014 they made a hash of it. That's really all there is to it.
